Strawberries are one of my favorite fruits to cook with, especially in the summer when they’re at their sweetest. They work just as well in a quick jam or salad as they do in scones or a crisp. I love how flexible they are! And yes, they’re good for you too, with vitamin C, fiber, and antioxidants. But honestly? The best part is how good they taste when they’re perfectly ripe.
