- frozen chopped spinach
- fat free ricotta cheese (I like Polly-o)
- grated Parmesan cheese
- large egg
- salt and fresh pepper
- pomodoro sauce
- part skim mozzarella cheese
CROCK POT CHICKEN TACO CHILI
- onion
- (15.5 oz) can black beans
- (15.5 oz) can kidney beans
- (8 oz) can tomato sauce
- frozen corn kernels
- diced tomatoes w/chilies
- can chopped green chili peppers
- packet reduced sodium taco seasoning or homemade (see below)
