This light Blue Cheese Dressing is made with Greek yogurt and no buttermilk. It’s creamy, tangy, and takes just minutes to make—perfect for wings, salads, or dipping veggies.

Ingredients

1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
6 ounces 0% Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon light mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
kosher salt ( and freshly ground black pepper, to taste)

Instructions

In a small bowl, mash blue cheese and yogurt together with a fork.
Stir in mayonnaise, lemon juice, vinegar, and garlic powder until well blended.
Season to taste with salt and pepper to taste.
